2025 Lake Country Fall Single Age Meet

Parking Alert: Arrowhead High School is hosting a large Cross Country Invitational on Saturday, October 4th. This means that at some time on Saturday AM, they will close the entrance on Hwy K. It also means the parking lots adjacent to the pool entrance will be filled with busses and spectator vehicles.
Enter the Arrowhead campus from North Avenue and park in the lot at the front of AHS North Campus building and enter through the main front entrance (Door 1). Continue straight through the cafeteria to the back hall where the pool is located.
AM Session (11-Overs):
Warm-up 8:00-9:00, Meet Start 9:05, Meet End approx. 11:25 AM
AM Session Warm-up Assignments
8:00-8:25 LAKE 1-6
8:25-8:50 SUP Lane 1, WBSC Lane 2, NBSC Lanes 3-4, LAKE Lane 5, SPRINTS Lane 6
8:50-9:00 SPRINTS Lanes 1-6
3 lanes in the diving well are available during warm-up, 2 lanes available during meet (no flip turns, slip and slide entry).
Event 14 swimming with Event 13, No entries in Event 5 or Event 18
PM Session (10-Unders):
Warm-up At the end of AM Session 11:25, Meet Start 12:15, Meet End approx. 2:00 PM

Please plan on doing sprints in your assigned lanes
